My mailman has been working their route for decades. They always wave hi when I drive by, and I love hearing them chat on their Bluetooth headset when they come up to the mailbox, or seeing their headlamps when they're working way into the night. They told me they can deliver to any address on their route even if the address is incorrect, simply based on the recipient's name. And yes, I did force my mailman to take some of these stickers.
The historical motto around the edge of the sticker is from USPS's unofficial mission.
